Situated in the front of the house, the well-equiped kitchen has the following amenities:

There are four bedrooms in the back portion of the house, which are named after the four quadrants of Lake Gaston.  There are two "Jack & Jill" full bathrooms, and a half bathroom in the hallway.  The bedrooms have the following:

• Northeast Quad - queen bed, dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan, TV, DVD and closet 
  
• ​Southeast Quad - queen bed, dresser, nightstand, ceiling fan, TV, DVD and closet
• Northwest Quad - twin bunk beds and double bed, nightstand and closet
  
• Southwest Quad - queen bed, dresser, nightstand and closet

In addition, there is a 5th bedroom off the kitchen in front of the house.  There is a pull-out queen size Murphy bed and ceiling fan in this room.
